Ed Wells - Founder and Director
Supporting those with additional needs has been a lifelong passion for Ed Wells, Founder and Director of SENSA. Growing up in a family with strong ties to education, Ed was inspired to make a difference in the lives of learners who need extra support to succeed.
His career began as a behaviour mentor at a residential setting, where he gained valuable experience working with young people facing challenges. This led to a role in a special needs school’s behaviour team, where Ed tailored his approach to meet the unique needs of students.
